This isn’t to ‘upsell’ you - we are always happy to discuss your individual requirements if you’re not sure which package is right for you.

The longer Keep it Simple package allows for more time for your ceremony (this may not feel important now, but having a moment to pause even in a very brief ceremony is more important than most people expect) and a lot more flexibility with photos. For weddings with more than a couple of witnesses, the longer package is the right fit to be in the moment and capture the memories you’ll want to treasure.

Elope Bendigo covers Greater Bendigo, Macedon Ranges and Hepburn Shire, Heathcote, Castlemaine, Maldon and other areas subject to request and availability.

There are modest travel charges for locations further than the travel range of each package.

You need to give your celebrant at least one month’s written notice of your intention to marry in Australia (Sue can help with this, even if you are overseas). We can often accommodate weekday elopements in this kind of time frame, but weekends do usually book in advance.

Yes! Alli can be one of the witnesses, and we can provide the other witness if you wish for a small charge to cover their time.

The Elope Bendigo packages are celebrant and photographer, both at a discounted rate.

We have extensive experience working together, including trouble shooting issues that arise on the day (including last minute changes of venue when the weather turns!).

You are welcome to book us individually at our normal rates via our respective websites.

Absolutely! Many people have somewhere in mind already, or we can help you find the perfect spot.

We’ve done backyards, gardens, bush, mountain tops, restaurants, hotels, vineyards, decommissioned country chapels, community halls - even a train platform. There are so many wonderful options!

We get it! Truly, we do. This is one of the big reasons people choose a ‘non traditional’ wedding.

We’ll guide you through the planning process and get a really good sense of who you are and what your goals (and worries) are for the day.

You can add this (subject to availability) at any point leading up to the day, and Alli is always happy to talk you through how to best structure your photography time to get the most out of the day.

While we gently encourage your guests to be in the moment and pop cameras/phones away, Alli is always respectful of your loved ones and their desire to capture the celebration! We just ask that they are mindful of not ‘getting in the way’ where possible, and to not trail during ‘portrait’ time as this can be distracting and off putting for you.

You’ll receive a sneak peek within 1-2 days (usually very quickly!) and the full gallery within 3-4 weeks.

No. The legal only ceremony is under five minutes and incorporates the legal only vows and ring exchange. If you would like to write your own vows or personalise your ceremony, we recommend one of the longer packages.
